Quality Control measures have been incorporated by us in all stages of production.

 

As a first level precaution we buy base polymers and associated rubber chemicals from the authorized and best sources only. We make no compromises on raw material quality. We purchase all raw material in prime grades, in company sealed packaging, and with accompanying test reports as a strict company policy.

 

We do all our compounding in-house. Each and every batch is tested in our in-house laboratory before being released for production. All variables in the production process are well controlled by automated machinery or well trained personnel. Post production (moulding/extrusion), the final products are examined for dimensional accuracy, appearance and hardness before being dispatched to the customer.
